Time sure flies ...

Since the last time we blogged we've been quite the busy pair.  We've sold a couple of homes, purchased three homes, and have several more staging and remodeling projects under our belts ... AND loving EVERY minute of it!

We will be sharing our experiences with all of you, and upcoming articles to be on the watch for are:

• Effective staging techniques for selling a home.  (One of the homes we staged sold on the FIRST showing after we worked our magic, after having been on the market for almost 6 months!) 
• Living Room & Spaces, make-overs and remodels:
1. A NH Seacoast home BIG sun room turns fab from drab.
2. In process: A beach cottage living room - new walls, ceiling, and bringing a over 130 year old wooden floor back to life!
3. In process: A beach cottage guest room - new walls, ceiling, and flooring!
• Three KITCHEN remodeling projects: - Yes, THREE! We did say we've been busy!
1. A Cape Cod Beach Cottage kitchen gets a complete overhaul, follow us on the transformation of a kitchen, that was designed back in the 1930's.
2. A NH Seacoast home kitchen gets a fabulous make-over.
3. A Penthouse kitchen located in Europe, gets gutted, and a new layout with a updated new look!
• BATHROOM remodeling projects:
1. Cape Cod Beach Cottage Bathroom Remodel Project
2. Coming up: A NH Seacoast based home.

Spring is almost here ...

... and we've been two very busy gals antique picking, hunting down the 

perfect items to decorate that special room - shabby chic style!  

We went up to the northern part of New Hampshire, on the antique trail, and are so excited to offer our unique and special finds to our Painted Cottage shoppers!

AND today we brought in a mountain of these new treasures for our PAINTED COTTAGE show room.  The Painted CottAge has been completely transformed and we absolutely LOVE it!

It's been an amazing first month, and we've had the pleasure of meeting many new people, and it's been a lot of fun!  We've been asked to make custom items, refinishing antique furniture, personal shopping and the list goes on!  SO much fun, and if you are looking for a specific item, a piece of furniture - just let us know.  We come across so many home accessories and the like, that we may even have it in our storage room!

Tomorrow is our big day!  

One we've been waiting for, for quite awhile.  There is 

still much preparation to be done 

but the finish line is in sight.  We have heard from many of you 

who will be joining us during our opening night and 

we appreciate all of your support.

This beautiful piece, handmade by our very own TPC crafty Amanda, 

can be used anywhere around your home (i.e. Your porch, entry way, 

kitchen, and/or the way we have it displayed here - so, so many uses!).  

There are rings on each end so you can easily 

place it in that special spot.  All you have to do is leave your 

name and email address during your visit in The Painted Cottage on 

our Grand Opening Night.
